Roles and Responsibilities
1. *Financial Reporting*: Preparation and presentation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for the property's owners and stakeholders.
2. *Budgeting and Forecasting*: Creating and managing the property's budget, as well as forecasting financial performance and identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
3. *Financial Analysis*: Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including evaluating pricing strategies, occupancy rates, and cost structures.
4. *Internal Controls*: Establishing and maintaining strong internal financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
5. *Bookkeeping*: Overseeing day-to-day financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate recording of all financial activities.
6. *Tax Compliance*: Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, preparing and submitting tax returns, and maintaining records for audits.
7. *Financial Planning*: Contributing to long-term financial planning and investment strategies for the property, including potential expansions or renovations.
8. *Vendor Management*: Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement processes.
9. *Risk Management*: Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, such as insurance coverage and risk assessment.
10. *Financial Policies and Procedures*: Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficient financial operations.
